But because you start to build your website so I recommend you to choose mobile Joomla templates such as RT gantry templates, JSN Templates or Warp templates. Your website will be displayed as you wish on PC and also on mobile
Thanks for pointing on Joomla; it's new to me but worth to learn about.

I have used odesk to have some google sniper sites built before. You can get some built for around $50, but usually, you have to go back and edit the text. But the design is usually decent.

I would avoid using WordPress and Joomla at all costs.
You'll end up with slow loading sites. Look in the WSO
forum and find yourselves a good mobile optimised
    website template

As mentioned by others on this thread (who KNOW what they are talking about!)...

The problem with using a CMS (such as wordpress or Joomla) is that it's very heavy (for a mobile phone which often has limited speed and data is expensive) and these CMS sites load a heap of extra (and unnecessary for mobile viewing) code. The best way is to build a dedicated lightweight mobile version of your main site (see WillR's product - it's excellent!) and give your visitors a sleek, fast, brief and pleasant mobile experience. People who visit your website on mobile phones are not there to spend hours reading all about how excellent you are. They are there to get the information they need and if you think people are fussy on the internet you can bet they are doubly so on a mobile and they will click off without hesitation if they are greeted with the "page loading" spinning icon.

Mobile visitors want fast info fast!
