| Hi all, I am new to SMS Marketing and had a question for those of you who have being working this area for a while. Other than restaurants and bars, what industries have you successfully used SMS Marketing? Any details would be helpful if you feel comfortable sharing them. Thanks. Rich |

Hey nick I noticed you guys offer unlimited messaging to your clients, How is it that some companies do this but most do not? I thought no matter what you pay the aggregator for every out going text you send out? Please help me understand how this is possible, I am in the process of choosing a company to white label and would like to white label an unlimited messaging platform but most that offer unlimited do not seem to offer white label.

Just throw the word Terrorist, School Shooting and Marilyn Manson around and you might get in front the correct people. You might have better luck starting at private schools and universities. Not trying to be all doom and gloom, but this scenario has happen far too often. I would feel more comfortable knowing if my kid was part of an Emergency SMS system that warned them of eminent danger and which direction to run away. But I dont have kids, just three cats =( |

Best verticals I've found are retail, dining, tourism and quack medicine.

If you're a beginner, start your price at the high end of your imagined range. When you sell SMS, you won't believe the number of people who will call you and expect you to basically read the manual to them. You need to get paid for that time. | |

Follow it. Hi FFbrian, I'm your new customer's marketing executive. I'm trying to send out my entire restaurant menu in one text message. I know you said something about a 160-character limit or whatever, so I need to know how to do this. My boss wants this out before dinner tonight and he said he knows the check he gave you cleared the bank yesterday. When you get this call, you will wish you charged a reasonable setup fee for training and support, even though all your competitors were offering no setup fee and you thought you had to match them. |
