Building A Nationwide Team For MM Hey guys, What methods (preferably free or inexpensive) would you recommend trying to find team members to sell mobile marketing/Android and iPhone apps for you? I've put together a program that pays residuals and bonuses, and while I have some people excited in a few different locations...I need suggestions for finding people in each region. As well as getting them excited. I would at one point like to begin offering salary-based positions, but I need to build out the business first. Thoughts, suggestions, or questions welcome. Thanks! |
Re: Building A Nationwide Team For MM I suggest you advertise for them. But if it's true that you can't afford (or didn't plan) an advertising budget to build your sales force, you will have difficulty convincing professional sales people that you can afford (or even plan) to pay them. |
Re: Building A Nationwide Team For MM You can go thru sites like SmartRecruiters that allowing you to post help wanted ads all over the country for free. Be very careful though, because the IRS is no longer making it easy to simply hire 1099. what used to be a 3 item list is now a 20 item list differentiating 1099 from W-2. |
Re: Building A Nationwide Team For MM Make an advertisement with it so your result will be very hopeful for you. |
Re: Building A Nationwide Team For MM Also thinking of doing the same as 87 Studios. Right now it's my first time trying to get sales people on board - seems like they all want an hourly rate to begin with but as 87 studios has said - I'm trying to build my business first! Interested to hear others thoughts! Nick |
