Just wanted to share with you an e-mail that I've been using with about a 30% success rate. I send this to a business owner who just advertised with groupon or living social after I spoke to a gate keeper and got his e-mail address.

Ok, don't use this in Baltimore and we won't have any problems. :p

Here's what it gets you:

I saw your *groupon/living social/google offers* promotion this morning as I was driving home from the gym. I spent some time looking at your website from my Iphone and found it nearly impossible to navigate since it's not mobile friendly. When I got back to the office, I decided to create a "mockup" of your website that would load flawlessly on an Iphone or Android. It's already finished. If you have 10 minutes in your schedule next week, I'd like to stop by and show it to you. There's no obligation to buy it.

PS: *Gate keeper's name* gave me your e-mail address.
