Prospects with NO web presence

Hi all. The vast majority of the prospects I've been calling on have no website at all. My primary business is building and selling Mobile Websites using Willr's templates (incredible stuff). Most of them want a mobile site, but only if I will build them a regular site as well. I'm definitely not a coder, but have spent many dozens of hours experimenting with various Wordpress templates, and just don't get it, or feel confident enough to commit to using it.

Some may suggest that I outsource this, but I live in a southern town of 12,000 mostly poor people........in other words, it's really hard to get top dollar around here.

My question is: are there any templates available that are not wordpress? Perhaps in PHP such as willr's, or something that is easily editable?

It is possible to get someone who can do the websites at the rates the poor can afford.
