Using some service to bulk send paid SMS

Hey all,
I've got a small project where I want to send a number of sms messages to a paid sms number (it costs about $1 per sms to send to that number).

Do anyone know a service one can use to bulk send a bunch of sms to that number? (where one can prepay via Paypal or something)

$1 per SMS to send to a number? Why would it cost $1 per SMS to send to a number? Can you explain more of what you want to do exactly?

Sending sms to such numbers as contests (for instance voting on an artist) could cost money.

I'm a little confused here. You are basically wanting to enter a competition a large number of times but not have those charges show on your phone bill or something like that?
