Getting SMS customers through email
Share on:
fb share twitter share gplus share more share

I recently purchased Chad Wyatt's video sketcher which is so great. I wanted to send the video in an email out to local restaurants in my area. My question is what is a good subject line to use so that they will be curious enough to take a look? Also is there a way to embed the video right onto the email or is my only option to give them a clickable link to it on youtube? Any help would really be appreciated.

Use an image of the video in your email then make it click able but have the link go to your web site.

Then you can have embed the video and have it auto start once your page loads.

Hint integrate with your sign up page for a higher conversion.

You should never include the video in the actual email... and I would also be very wary about using images as well. Any email a business owner receives that has some sort of attachment is going to be less likely to get opened and will look more like spam. Think about what you do when you receive an email from an unknown person and you see it has an attachment. I just send it straight to my junk folder.

I would also be very wary about sending people over to Youtube. If you do that you risk losing them to other videos on Youtube. First they watch your video, then they click on another and another and before you know it they have forgotten all about you.

If you are going to use Youtube then at least create your own landing page and embed the video on that. That's exactly what I do in my video lead pages.
