SMS Autoresponder 4 Russia

Is there an SMS Autoresponder program that is better suited for Russia than other programs? I look for something where I can set up automated SMS daily for customers who opt in.

Check out MACH Home / MACH. They have a probably the largest international pool of long code numbers and considering I could get Long Codes for every African Country, I would assume you can get a Russian one. I don't know if they have an interface you can use though. We connected through an API.
