Software To Build Mobile Sites?

I've been using Dudamobile.com to instantly build mobile sites. The upside is that it builds sites super fast and with very little modification, I can have the site completed in less than 15 minutes. It goes out and looks at your URL and pulls in graphics, data, and menus from your existing site and makes it mobile. Then it gives you the code you need to install into the main site so mobile users can see the mobile site on their mobile device.

Although it has templates, sticking with the original site look and feel seems to be what customers like the most.

The downside is that I'm paying a monthly fee of $9 (regular) for each site. If I build this up to 100 sites, that's $900 a monthly for them to host the site and make auto updates when the main site is updated.

I love it! BUT, I'd like to find a desktop software that does the same thing but allows me to take the files and host them on my server.

Anyone know where I can get something like this?

I'd prefer an application that doesn't require me to use pre-built canned templates or any copying and pasting of data. I like what Dudamobile.com does for me, but just need an option to host the site myself.
