I am very new to SMS text marketing. I have a good friend who owns a small local pharmacy. He is wanting to adapt the idea that Walgreen's has come out with using text messages to notify customers when their prescription's are ready. I know that you can send out texts to your "lists" of subscribers but how would that work if you only wanted to send out several text messages a day but to individuals rather than a big list? Mike |

I guess you could just forward the same message to each person at different times when needed. There is plenty of SMS scheduling software out there, if you need it to be sent at certain intervals throughout the day.

I'm sure there are many other platforms as well, but with SignalHQ that we use, we can send out text messages to specific subscribers that acts as a chat operator. This would probably work in your case.

There are different platforms out there, many which do support individual text messages. Some even have built in appointment reminder settings.
