I'm looking to start a text based daily deals promotion at our local university and would like to hire student promoters to help get the students signed up and to promote the daily deals. Are there any ideas on how best to implement this strategy or has anyone tried to do this? How much would you pay the promoter (s)? Would you pay per lead? Would you hire multiple students? How could you tell who actually got students to sign up? Any help or comments would be greatly appreciated.

i think pay per lead will be best to calculate with. with this model you can hire more students. you could also chose a lifetime sharing model so that the students earn from every transaction of their aquisition

As wish to pick students for the task it is better to pay them per lead, this will result you in better work as they have to work for their earnings. In the beginning start with lesser number of students and further as per the leads you are getting employ more. |

I guess the same principles could be used to target and build a list anywhere such as city wide. I think id like to employ a dedicated, ongoing marketing team and looking for the best way to manage and motivate them Posted from Warrior Forum Reader for Android |

Make sure they are decked out with your Daily Deals gear. I did this a while back on another project and made tshirts. It seemed to work pretty good to get the word out about my website. Plus it's not super expensive.

I was asking about software that allows you to organize "staff" and projects. And yes, I know about "project management" software but, I am looking for a way to manage employees, their sales, and their commissions. The way Clickbank does,, or similar. Is there software or a WP plugin for this? Robert X |
