Where is the index.html file in my client's website? (I'm doing a mobile site_

I looked everywhere on my FTP on Filezilla. Can anybody offer any help?

Is there possibly another name of that file?

All I have to do now is add that mobile redirect script and I am done! I am using WillR's templates by the way.

Yes, go to the main directory, then go to public_html or ftp_html. It should be there.

what address did you add for it to redirect too?

looks like you have an extra HTTP:// in there.... if not just remove http:// as your redirection script maybe auto adding it

Sorry, I am too busy helping people to think of a cool signature!

Thanks for your help

In the script, I removed the extra http:// but it's just not working. I'm still getting the same errors. Can you maybe recommend a script or any tips to make this work?

Tnx

I am not familiar with the software you're talking about. However, it looks like you had to enter that address somewhere in the script? If so, it looks like it's adding the http:// automatically. Check the settings again. Let me know if that works.

Maybe don't add the http:// in the script you're using. It might automatically add an http in.

If you are having issues with a persons product, such as mine, just contact me directly and I will help you. I have a contact form in my members area so that's where to ask for help rather than on this forum. We don't want to turn this into some big support forum.

There is something you are not doing right so shoot me an email with a link and I will take a look at it for you.

Definitely redirection script. You should completely disable your redirection script. Maybe there's another script running. Strip out your site and add them one by one. Don't panic =)

It resides the root (home) directory on your domain.

Check your DNS settings on your domain name, does it point to your hosting?
If yes then your index should be in the public_html otherwise contact your hosting.

I think there is an issue in the Safari Browser of WillR script I don't know what is wrong but I have a client who have a problem with Safari browser when I use WillR script. Maybe you can contact WillR for that.

There is a redirect script also I think MDD or mobile device detect that is a WSO here that solved the problem with my client.

Nope, there is no problem at all.

I've had thousands of people use the same redirect script and it works fine for all of them.

If you have an issue then contact me directly but it's likely something you've done wrong on your end.

You can find it in your root directory,
Just go to the server and find the root directory.
