Different methods to build a list?
 

Where I live, SMS marketing is something that is not done and I believe has a lot of potential here.

My goal is to create a cell phone numbers list and then sell local business the chance of promoting their products or services to my leads. I guess the first step for this is actually building a list.

How would you go about that? what are the most common/used methods?

Try platforms like linkedin and sales force to get details of people and organizations of your desired business and store their contacts for your purpose.
