Lime's New Plans [Roll-Over Credits]

So Lime has released and announced their new plans. They are now offering roll-over credits.

What are your thoughts on this?

For old Lime's customers, it is worth it to migrate to the new plans? You lose the amount of credits you get per month, but you get roll-over credits instead.
