How to find newly engaged couples and new businesses

You are really asking for a interesting thing that is really relative to something else.
It depends on in which region or which religious couple you are wanting. And what kind of new business and from where those business should be?

Maybe contact some wedding photographers or DJ's. Most people contact these people many months before their wedding. I'm not sure what you are looking to do but you can create a partnership with them and give them a % of each job that they recommend.

What percentage of a job would you give them?

Facebook allows you to target by relationship status. Obviously people who have their status as engaged are going to be those planning their weddings.

As much marketing as I do, I would think I would use facebook more. Truth be told, I don't do it too often...

You could check with your local licensing agency to see who just got a new biz license or registered as a DBA (doing business as).

Maybe around 20% or so. If you do a $500 job then that's 100 bucks. If the % is too little then they might not refer as much work to you.
