Any ideas on using video and e-mail to target business owners for mobile websites would be appreciated. I was thinking about using screen-o-matic or even a software that automates it to make the process faster. I tend to think when business owners see some effort put into creating a video for their company they will be much more receptive. I have not tested this, but have used screen shots before. I find when using e-mail the main thing is to highly customize each message. You can saturate an area by sending a generic e-mail and maybe get a few responses or you can highly customize an e-mail and send it to fewer people and get a higher response rate. For this reason, I feel adding video who raise my response rates. (I edited the orginal post because I mentioned a software. No plug intended, so I changed the title and post) |

This isn't a review forum. You are best to go to the WSO thread and see what his customers are saying. Reviews of IM products are not allowed in the main discussion forums.

I asked for comments, not a review. It is more of a question to the effectiveness of e-mail marketing for mobile websites. That being said, you certainly do not complain when positive comments and "reviews" are made about your products and WSOs on threads posted in the mobile forum.

You are asking for people's comments and feedback on that product. How is that different to a review? No one can possibly tell you what they think of a product or service without them having reviewed it. I don't make the rules of this forum, I just follow them. There is a review section of this forum which is where reviews are suppose to be posted: Internet Marketing Product Reviews & Ratings If people mention other products or services casually in natural thread conversation then so long as it is not self promotional or an affiliate link, it isn't much of a problem. The problem is when you start a thread dedicated to asking for reviews on one particular product or service, which is what you have done here. | |

WillR you are definitely right. It is hard to comment without reviewing the product first. Forum rules is a must. cheers!
