Admob has the best targeting, but their ad approval process is a mystery. I've yet to have an approved ad with them. Also, its all in-app traffic, which can convert dismally. But their traffic (supposedly) is dirt cheap (0.01). Furthermore, your best bet is to use google adwords to advertise on admob traffic. |

Most networks cant fill the inventory orders. I stay away from admob and try TapIt

Admob is good but when it comes to fast approval I would go with Inmobi or other networks.
