Printing Materials for SMS campaigns?

Hi I would like to promote SMS campaigns, does anyone have a good resource as to where to get the materials where the short code is going to be printed on? like for restaurants the little flyers, napkins and so on? This is valuable resource I am sure some one might have come across.

Here is a great site where you will find a ton of great design templates you can use for all sorts of things... menus, business cards, flyers, and so on. And they are dirt cheap.

You might also try Vista Print. They usually are affordable and there are lots of templates you could use to put short codes and keywords, QR codes etc on.
