Mobile Clients Common Question..So that You'll be prepared

My first time to launch a campaign to get clients for mobile services,I wasn't prepare but with out hesitation answered question thrown to me the best way I could hence i decided to share some questions of clients so that you will be prepared.

Tell me something about your service.
Why do I need a mobile website
Why Mobile website and not mobile application
Tell me something about your company
Could I have a sample of your website

Showing your company's portfolio would be a big advantage and majority of them ask it immediately so prepare it before calling the company or sending your campaign...

....You can also add other question if you like that would be helpful..

Preparing answers to such questions will definitely help anyone who is about to launch a similar sort of service in the long run. Another questions clients ask is "what benefit will I get by seeking your services over your competitors". A very important question I must say, right?

Question like "Tell me something about your company" and "what benefit will I get by seeking your services over your competitors" should cover all the benefits of your company. instead of comparing which could sound defensive.

I never had this question maybe because there are so many internet company in the niche and I have unique offer they haven't heard of.

I agree, these will the basic that any client can ask to satisfy himself but these are basics but I think your answer should not be basic.

When you want to be the person in charge of the Website of a company. The organization wants to know they are in good hands. They want to trust you and count on you. So you have to show them why they should give you the contract and for that you need proves.

A webmaster is a guid, you have to be able to telll, I will DO THAT AND THAT AND I NEED THAT to design your Website....

Always look organize...even if you are not;-)

I agree to both..You need to know your product and services, from competitors to possibilities..research would be best!!bwt have you guys get my free mobile website?!!thats jQuery though..check it out on my website...

I do agree with your point, however, even if you provide a unique offer to your online customers, they will definitely ask you what else they may expect from your company or how will your offer be better than others.

Just make sure, when they purchase 1 service, they get satisfied so that you can offer further services

This list of common questions is similar to what I would probably ask. I would chose the one who seems the most confident and (hopefully) trustworthy.
