I'm looking for a solution to following situation...

Got a client (a charity) who need a system where donations can be sent via mobile phones and where the amount to be donated will be automatically charged to their phone bill.

If there's a way to integrate such a system with Twillio, even better, but suggest any solutions you may be aware of.

I have heard of this, in fact if i can remember correctly I remember buying something over the phone like this a long time ago, It wasn't a donation but I'm sure it is possible with that too. If you can't find a way, Why not post an advert on elance see if anyone can help you out?
