Hi,

There are many great SMS text marketing services on the market. They all range in functionality and cost. It really depends on what you are looking to do. You should read up on this forum as there are many great providers reviewed within the mobile marketing forum.

I have used services provided by both Twilio and Plivo to send mass SMS. The work is done through their API so you'll need some code. Some rate limiting and the texts are sent from a regular number not a CSC (short code). I know they work in the US, each site has a list of countries they support - changing weekly.
