Hey! Don Alm here. I've been selling stuff since before most of you were born and...I've discovered some "BASICS" that I'd like to give you...FREE!

I'll try to keep my info related to the "Mobile" area.

So....when the "Moblle" thingee first hit I, like a lot of you were enamored and excited by the huge potential of this new electronic thingee.

I thought, "Yeah! THIS is gonna be a biggee! I better look into it and see what it's about AND....SEE HOW I CAN MAKE SOME BUX with it!

So...I found out how to create Mobile WebSites and went about trying to sell "Mobile Sites" to small business owners....with the results of; "I Don't Need it, I'm happy with my existing website!...or, "Hey! This "Mobile Thing" is just a "Flash in the Pan"! In a few mos, the interest will be gone and consumers will be onto something else!

Yup...I went thru thru the Initial Stages of "MOBILITONOMY"!

So....I thought; Holy Camoly....these folks do NOT have a "Clue" as to what is about to happen!

This was WAAY back in 2009! A LOOOOONG time ago!

So....I went back to my "Basic Sales Strategy" which is, (Here it comes. My "Secret" to how I've been able to SELL OVER 90% OF MY PROSPECTS in any of my "GROUP" programs!)

PUT TOGETHER A "GROUP" (of Anything....a "GROUP" of businesses to be in a "Town Directory of Businesses".... A "Group" of Restaurants in a "Restaurant Directory" for a town....A "Group" of businesses in a "New Resident Directory" which is sent to New Home Owners! Etc

Now....understand the "Psychology" of "Ego" and "Jealousy" and you will "discover" how I've been able to SUCCEED in the "Sales" business.

So....think of yourself as the owner of a "Mexican Restaurant" in a town of about 20,000 pop.

If I were to appear at your restaurant and show you a "MOBILE Restaurant Directory" I am putting together.....and....I ALREADY HAVE an Italian, Chinese and Greek restaurant IN the Directory and, I tell you I am looking for ONE....Mexican Restaurant to represent the "Mexican Restaurant" category....WOULD YOU....as the owner of a Mexican Restaurant....after SEEING that other Restaurants have ALREADY AGREED TO PARTICIPATE....would YOU....reject my offer to participate??????

NO! WHY? Ego and Jealousy and "the spirit of COMPETITION" would MOTIVATE YOU....to WANT TO GET IN BEFORE your competitors!

Thus....it's no longer a "thing" about, "Should I give this New-Fangled "Mobile" thingee a try. It's NOW about...EGO, JEALOUSY and BEAT OUT MY COMPETITORS!

So....I learned LONG AGO...when I started out selling "Restaurant Placemats"....trying to sell Ads in 16 spaces for $185 ea....that, I could NOT show potential advertisers a BLANK Sheet!

The "Psychology" was; NO ONE WANTS TO BE FIRST!

So...I them "planted" 3 Ads of bisnesses who had NOT agreed to participate...in fact, they had NO Knowledge of what I was doing. They were strictly being shown to "Allay The Fears" of advertisers!

To provide new advertisers with a sense of Security; "Hey! These guys are IN...maybe I should also!"

So...when I filled in all the empty spots, I THEN...went to the 3 advertisers I was "Using" as "participants" (who knew NOTHING about me or my program)....showed them ALL the other advertisers participating and....HOLY CAMOLY! They signed up in a Flash!

So....you may consider this "Sales Strategy"..."Black-Hat" or...."Uh! Questionable"....consider THIS;

Are any businesses being HURT by participating in a Program that COULD help them "Get More Business"?

So....fast forward to helping restaurants get MORE business by creating a "Mobile" Program designed to reach TOURISTS who stay in local Hotels"?

Tourists who are HUNGRY and who also carry some kind of Mobile Device. So....when these Tourists use their Mobile Devices to "Find Places To Eat"....and there are 3 restaurants listed (all free by me) and....I contact other restaurants, using the 3 restaurants I put IN the program (who actually did NOT pay to be IN)....as "Paid Participants"...when they really did NOT pay.....can YOU see the Psychological POWER of this?

If you can't....go back to your "regular" JOB! You have NO business thinking about trying to earn money....by yourself.
