I'm looking for a way to integrate MLS listings for Realtors, into a mobile website. For example, when a user taps on the word "Listings" on a Realtor's mobile website, I need it to pull up that Realtor's MLS Listings. Is there a service anybody can recommend for accomplishing this? |

You are not allowed to do that on your own. Need to work with a license realtor via their mls membership. We're using a system called " Broker Reciprocity". The competition is fearless. If you don't have big pocket, for get it. What is Broker Reciprocity? Broker Reciprocity is a system where brokers give each other permission to display their listings on each other's web sites. Brokers who participate in the program (called Broker Reciprocity Subscribers or BRSs) can display all of each others active listings. If you choose not to participate, no other broker will be permitted to display your listings. You may include your listings in the Broker Reciprocity database without having your own web site. Thanks Juan

One of my real estate clients who I'm doing a mobile and desktop website for was showing me the other day that MLS now has a search that is optimized for mobile viewing. I believe all you need is a login and pw through the broker to access this mobile search.

Rock n Roll is BACK! Best piece of advice I've ever received... "Listen, just shut the F*#^ up and listen!" (Because there's always going to be people who have been doing what you do/ want to do for much longer. Shut up, listen to them and learn from them)

The MLS keeps the doors pretty tightly shut. Unless you are a brokerage or pay a crazy amount of money you will not be allowed to tap into their DB's

You'll need to look into IDX vendors that essentially parse MLS data for website integration. It's specific to a MLS provider (and there are a LOT of them) generally tied to specific Associations. As you're in Ohio, check out the Ohio Association of Realtors page. They may have IDX/MLS provider listings there...or navigate to the county/territory association pages for similar data. |

Thank you for the responses. Seems to be a tough nut to crack but this market is my comfort zone so I am trying to figure it all out.

Couple key takeaways: Median Income: $34,900 on $1.3 million sales volume Transactions: 11 sides (two sides for every transaction, buyer and seller) Website: 62% have a personal website and 90% of their firm's have a website Social Media: 54% use Blogs: 10% use Website Expense: $200 per annum |

You can also incorporate text codes into the set up. Text 555Johnson for more info. You need to talk to them in detail about when it will be complete if you choose that route.
