Tap to Call???

Could anyone provide experience regarding utilizing Tap to Call?

I'm thinking in relationship to mobile advertising in particular, but if you have experience using it on a website...pretty much the same thing.

1. Is it best to have a toll-free number?

2. Ideas for a high quality, but cost-effective provider for the number that allows mp3 upload and really good connection?

3. Other considerations?

Look at twilio also - $ 1 number cheap...they can call on desktop too.
