SMS Web Based Application
 

Dear Fellow Warriors,
I am looking to outsource the creation of a web based SMS application similar to the white reseller of the service as Lime Cellular or Trumpia. The reason is that these companies do not offer these services in my country. But, I do not know what qualifications would the contractor need. How should I emphasize my post on oDesk or Elance in order to find the right candidates. My idea is to create an application much less robust than what they currently offer.
Also, if you happen to know, how do you integrate the different carriers in my country into the application? And also how do you integrate the short code into the application so people text the short code and are captured into the application? Currently, I am in the process in obtaining the short code in my country and negotiating with the different carriers on the SMS price.
Now, I only need the application in order to start with the SMS business.

Lime Cellular can provide you with software that will work with your country's connections and shortcode. Call them and tell them you have your own shortcode and connection and that you need the console software to run your business.
