How to get GPS coordinates of mobile phones accessing mobile websites

I hope this is not a stupid question but I'm a little lost. I have seen analytics for mobile websites that actually provide the gps coordinates and street view of where a mobile device was located when it accessed a mobile website.

Does anyone have any information on this and how a I can install this tool on my sites?
