Mobile | Free Wordpress Themes

They have about ~15 free themes here. Not mobile themes, but desktop themes good for the mobile/mobile marketing niche.

I have no idea to be honest, but I think the answer is no. These are not themes made to be seen on mobile devices, but themes good for building a standard desktop based website for mobile niches.
