Best Mobile Site MockUp Tool

Hi,

So, in pitching mobile sites or QR codes, I believe it's always better to show than tell with and give than receive. I also understand there is a higher closing ratio when the prospect is viewing a custom mockup of their own website rather than generic mobile site examples since it really hits home when shown side-by-side with their mobile-unfriendly main site. Like a custom before-and-after site demo.

With that in mind, I'm looking for the best tool or software that I can use to show a local business owner a mobile-friendly mockup of their own website. Obviously, I wouldn't want to invest more than 4 - 5 minutes creating a mockup that matches up with their current site navigation menu and similar coloring to provide the same look and feel. Even would be more ideal to be able to outsource this. Once again, helps them visualize their site and drives home the benefits. I happen to own WP Mobile Pro.

My research so far has led me to these options:

Duda doesn't provide impressive mobile mockups if the original site isn't pretty

Mobilizer | Springbox

This mobile-friendly mockup would obviously be non-functional but at least drives home the weakness of their current site. Might be a good idea for me to design and provide a link to a functional mobile site for their niche (restaurants, bars, etc) that they can actually interact and play with.

Obviously, if there are any tools to create semi-functional mockups quickly, that would be great to hear about as well.

QuirkTools is more like an simulator than an mock-up creator.
I haven't seen any good mock-up creator that could take less time than I do it manually.
My opinion is taking the time and build the mock-ups by yourself and design them the way you want in order to impress the clients and earn their business.
Indeed, it take some time but i think it's worth it from the point of view of the consultant.I have renounced some time ago doing mock-ups and I simply show my awesome portfolio to help clients close themselves

but I'm thinking that I should probably start doing them again to see how the market evolved and how aware business owners are on needing an mobile friendly website.
I you need any help maybe we can work something out.Just let me know.

Very easy to use and they have a high number of controls as well.
