Does Anybody Subcontract the SMS Management Part of Their Business?
Share on:

I'm about ready to get into this business. I'm pretty well schooled - it was about 18 months ago when I purchased WillR and Quentin's WSOs.

Running an SMS platform, creating text campaigns and selling text credits just doesn't appeal to me. I'd rather stick with marketing and creating the websites.

Is there a workable formula where one can subcontract/refer the SMS part of the business while still keeping control of the client for web maintenance, hosting (where applicable), site upgrade etc. Has anybody gone down this route?

I'd like to send to you a pm, but I don't see a way. If you can get to me pm me.
Thank you
Emiliano

I know a way you can build fast mobile sites and landing pages, build easy and fast offer coupons and send unlimited SMS text to prospects, just contact with me.

Thanks guys but this was a business strategy question. I genuinely want to focus on building the mobile websites. I'd like to subcontract the SMS side of the business while maintaining control of my customer.

I'm hoping that there are other Warriors that do something similar and who would be prepared to give me a thought, or two.

I'd be happy to sub-contract. I'm on the Avid platform, one of the best, most feature-rich platforms around.

You can retain "control" of your customers - I assume you mean manage the billing.

We'd have to work out the mechanics and pricing, but where there's a will, there's a way.

I have written a package that does the SMS Text marketing. You can set up your clients and they can send out the text messages. Very easy to do!
This is the first time I have responded to anything here, so please contact me. My email, if that is OK, is bill@telepheme.com. If not, try to pm me(I don't know how to do that yet. I'll look into it tonight.
