Can someone please help me learn the basics of Mobile Affiliate Marketing. Is there a thread I can read about the basic 101's of becoming a mobile affiliate? Stuff I need to know.

Which network to sign up with?
Commissions?
Tracking?
What app stores I can push my products through?
Can I push products through iTunes & droid market?
If I sign up with a network do I need a company like HasOffers to help with tracking my campaign?

I just need to know how the mobile affiliate space works. Please help me understand how this actually works.
