SMS is different in UK, Ireland and other countries

For those thinking of doing sms in the UK and Ireland (and a few other countries), unlike the USA you are not restricted in the number of characters you have consequently a proper message can be sent and if your client has a substantial local sms database (over 1000) they can make money every time they send out a text. The sms company I use is cheap, delivers up to 440 chatacters and text messages are seen to be coming from the business not a mobile phone number. They also provide sms keywords to a standard rate short code number for only a hundred quid a year....thats what you need doing sms marketing

What do you find works best for sms campaigns. Services or products?

Im based in the UK btw.

Im tring to find a good sms platform for ireland so is there a platform you are using or one you can recomend.

Could you let us know what sms company you are using. This is something i am looking to get involved in this year and looking for a good company for UK.

Hi
I got a call from a local gym who want me to setup their SMS membership for their gym.
The problem is I have never set one up so I don’t know where to start any help would be grateful
