I have several tickets let on the support site but answers are not coming back in a timely manner! Anyone here who can help me get this installed and working right? Thanks.

This is not the right place for this request. This is not a product support forum. Contact the product support directly and sort the issue with them. If it's taking too long well there isn't anything we can do about it. You will just have to wait. |
