Keyword Tool for Android APP

Hi Warriors,

Is there any tool to research keywords in the Android Market, something like google trends but for Android?

Ideas?

Thanks!

No idea if there is a tool for the info you are looking for but that info is not made public by Google at anywhere as far as I know.

Keyword research is not necessarily done always using so called "keyword tools". Here is a couple of things you can do to create your own keywords:

- Go to the top paid apps section and see what type of apps are selling the most.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/c...opselling_paid

- Go to the top free apps section and see what type of apps are downloaded the most.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/c...opselling_free

- Go to each category and see which apps are downloaded or sold the most.

It will definitely take some time but at the end you will have an idea what is popular in the market and what is most sought after.

I don't think that Google provides with this information. You can get the top search keyworks on AppBrain: Most used Android application search terms - AppBrain

However you can check the global trends for any keywords searched on Google. This could serve as an indication of how much they are searched in the market:

Hello
Though Apple have, but Google do not have any Keyword research tool. However you can go for Apps SEO,and also look you can do some research on which all keywords got much of their success and thus use them in your android apps

Please stop to tell people what to do.
There are enough of you out there.

------------------
App store are a lot like google keyword tool.. Let me explain, the same main keywords will be searched.

"Dog traning" - Good keyword
"dog training supplies" - Not so good

Remember, this are searched by people on the phone, that hate to type extra.. If you are not on the android market, i can understand your question, if you are on android market, you need to do more resarch in it, spend a couple of hours a day in that store, and you will begin to get the "touch" :)

Re: Keyword Tool for Android APP

Go to : Google Keyword Tool

Change the Devices to Mobile (we normally search on all devises, just change that to all mobile devices)

You will get all the Mobile Keywords & their search volume, by Niche groups etc

As a Thumb rule, Mobile search volumes are 10 times less than Desktop searches, my observation

Be careful with Branded Keywords (keywords that have a Brand associated with it). We had to pay heavy price for that mistake.

While including Brand in your domain name was (mostly) perfect with some declaration in the footer - untill you get a Legal letter from the Brand owner. Google Play has taken active stance on it and will close down your developer account without giving you a chance to blink. And appeal process with Google has been more than a joke so far.
