Buzzcity master account vs subaccounts

Hi guys, I bought a WSO the other day about mobile advertising. I had already signed up with Buzzcity so following the instructions I went ahead and created my campaign for a dating offer. In fact, it was basically copy-paste including the text ad and the channels to be targeted. To my surprise the campaign was blocked. There was a message saying "should be glamour".

Now in the original campaign from the WSO all but 2 channels were targeted within the same campaign. Since obviously that wasn't accepted I tried to upload a new campaign with the same parameters, only targeting that particular channel (glamour). Again, the campaign was blocked with the same message: "should be glamour". WTF was I missing here??

Then today I received an email from them stating my campaign was blocked because my master account is classified under the Mobile content category. I can't even remember I did that when I signed up, I suppose I just chose something from the list not really knowing what it was about.
Furthermore, the email asks wether I want to change the category for the master account to glamour or keep it as mobile content and create subaccounts for both campaigns. I went back to my account and checked but couldn't find an option to create subaccounts myself, so I guess they have to do that for you.

So I'm confused here: how could the WSO OP target all these channels within the same campaign on his account? Should I create new accounts for different channels I want to target for my CPA campaigns or ask my BC account manager to make subaccounts for each? I hope to find some enlightenment here, not only for me but for others too. I figure there must be more people who bought this particular WSO and run into the same issue.

Thanks,

    Hey Kyraline,

I had basically the same thing happen except along with the campaign in question I added another not knowing I couldn't run more than one off one account. I got an email from a very helpful AM letting me know that my main account would be the mobile account and he could make me a dating/glamour one.

As for your question and I hope this is what you're looking for. The ad itself has to fall in the category of the account. You would then decide what kind of channels it should go to. The channels are a bit broader so a dating ad could be effective on say a entertainment website.

I would tell the AM to make your main account the mobile account and open you a dating/glamour one and if you plan on other campaigns I'd ask him to open you whatever other accounts you want as well.

    Hope this helps.
