I have website running this day, but i want do mobile marketing. Do I need to create mobile app? Where can I get them?

I think it depends. Are you currently getting mobile traffic or is your page something that is likely to be searched by mobile users if so then you only need a mobile webpage. But if you have a webpage that is only getting web traffic and you thinking about expanding into the mobile space I would take a look at the cost of developing an app.

I work at a mobile CPA network and we have seen a better response from in-app ads than from mobile banners.

It would be great if somebody could recommend a good, relatively easy to use program that would create a simple yet useful mobile app though. Any ideas gratefully accepted.

There are many White Label version of Seattleclouds available under WSO section

That would be the best place to start your Apps making venture, suitable for Android market place mostly

I use a no nonsense simple system called skybuilder easy to use, easy to learn and can generate many apps in a small space of time, the bulk of the work is in organising your graphics for the app maker and also for uploading to Google Play etc. Do a google search for skybuilder or if you still struggling PM, but I do recommend this system over many more complex ones!:)
