I am trying to start a business of selling mobile websites. And I have everything up and ready - a website, a few practice runs, a way to get business email addresses and phone numbers. The problem is, I am trying to do this while working a full-time job, so I just can't sit down and make a bunch of phone calls to businesses. Has anyone had success with marketing mobile websites via email or by using LinkedIn or some other way? I would be very grateful for any ideas that work. |

Ken, If you can make time when not working to call businesses, the best time would be out of normal office hours for emergency locksmiths, restaurants and bars . Linkedin has been over spammed, I tried that for 3 weeks and got only 3 inquiries, did the mock ups and found 1 had stolen the source code, deleted my footer credits and hosted it on their site - so be careful on Linkedin. If it was one of the WSO's the op tells you to call them anyway, so just do it. Like Arnie says, (just search Youtube for Arnie motivational video) you only need 6 hours a night sleep, last 2 nights I have managed on 4 hours - I guess I can sleep a little longer at the weekend. |

Ken, I am in the exact same boat as you. I have a full-time job, a wife and three kids I'm determined to spend a little quality time with each day, several other time-suckers, and trying to start a business all at the same time. It's not easy, and I will say that where I am at now is not quite to where I was hoping to be a few months ago when I started into this, but I can also say that each month is a little better than the last. One thing that has recently helped me a ton is investing in a good scraper. There are several, but I personally use mobile renegade with the upgrade to the e-mail plugin: http://www.warriorforum.com/warrior-...ine-sales.html So over the last couple weeks I've had the tool running to gather data for me. Over this past weekend I spent some time cleaning up the data (going to each website and making sure the site was still live and was in the niche I was targeting, as the tool does sometimes pull inaccurate data in this regard; an error on the side of where the data is pulled from, not with MR.) So while I have been at work, MR has been running in the background gathering data for me. Monday and Tuesday night of this week I crafted the e-mail I wanted to send and did some test runs sending through the tool to myself to make sure all works well. Then yesterday morning I set it up to send e-mails out to the contacts I had gathered throughout the day. While I was at work, e-mails were being sent to prospects. I am going to block out time over the next few days to make follow-up phone calls during lunch and any other breaks I can get. Calling is essential. Results without hitting the phones will be extremely minimal. However, I have had a few replies from the e-mails I sent (I sent over 1k) and just finished a conversation with a guy today that I have closed and will be building a site for this evening after a little quality time with the family. I cannot even begin to tell you how much time I have spent in recent months manually gathering data and sending out e-mails. MR has been a huge time saver and is helping me get some results while holding down a full time job. Not trying to sell you on it as I am not associated with it in any way, just sharing what has helped me. Keep us posted on your progress. All the best, and may the force be with you. |

Thanks Jarrod. I do have Mobile Renegade and it is awesome! I'm determined to get this business figured out if I have to take time off from work to make cold calls. But I'm trying the email route first.

Ken, you might find the following post of mine useful: http://www.warriorforum.com/offline-...d-calling.html Email works, but it requires a lot of dedication and testing. |

Hey guys, being that a couple of people have mentioned Mobile Renegade as there tool of choice for gathering leads, i thought I would add my five cents. One thing that seperates MR from other scrapers is the quality of leads that are very accurate in the way it tells you if the site is mobile optimized or not. I have about three other scrapers that does that, but have found them to not be as accurate. Mobile renegade is a a powerful tool once you get to learn how to use it properly. I have had the tool now for a good while but have not used it to it's potential. The email plugin is awesome. I am in the midst myself to blast email out mobile website campaigns using the email plugin. I do believe that the more qualified leads you get your message to will bring about sales and referrals. With this tool you have that power. I also love the one on one support from the mobile renegade team provides. Just keep getting your message out there with emails and it will not hurt to follow up with a phone call as well. It's all about the numbers. The more you email, which you can do with mobile renegade, the more of a possibility you will get sales for your mobile websites.

I have been WillR Mockup for a few months and love it. It really works if you want to build a quick mockup for a biz to do show and tell.. I would also buy Will's OTO too.. I love using the Mobile Mockup software .. and i don't get paid to recommend it.. simply great tool. Can I ask. With Mobile Renegade. How can I email one of the lists without spamming? Or should I just text the phone numbers? Thanks |

cairnstarheel, I purchased the emailer that goes with it and they tell you how to send over 1000 emails per day WITHOUT spamming! Pretty cool. Dexter |
