Mobile conversion So I am getting pretty deep into my site design and content. Unfortunately, I just realized how poorly my site design converts to mobile viewing. Is there a way to make my site more mobile friendly without completely revamping the theme? I like the style of some of the other themes on mobile but noticed that with them, there is actually some content that gets cut off on one side on occasion. Any suggestions? Thanks |
Re: Mobile conversion You have two options here. 1. If your site is small and doesn't have too much content on it then creating a separate mobile site could be good. 2. If your site is larger and will be updated quite frequently, then creating a responsive theme is more practical. Just finish your theme and then find a service online that does HTML5 conversions. You can send them your site and they will recode it so the theme is responsive and resizes to fit all types of devices. |

But if you are not familiar with responsive designs then I probably wouldn't waste the time in learning how to do all of that stuff when you can just find someone to do it for you and have it done right away. Let us know how it goes. |
Re: Mobile conversion Boy, maybe option 1 would be better. A little money now for a premium theme to save having to pay someone who knows how much to convert it. |
