Website to mobile detect code question

Hello,

As you may have seen I have started my journey on mobile marketing. I have a first customer interested and working on a mock-up tomorrow when not working on current stuff. My question is around the code that detects mobile device and also android/ios then redirects to correct page. Anybody know of a good source to gain this information please?
I was told this would all be apparent on the product I bought but the lining side doesn't seem to be discussed.

Many thanks,

Colin

Try this for starters:

php-mobile-detect - The lightweight PHP class for detecting mobile devices (including tablets) - Google Project Hosting

Mobile Browser Detection

html - How to detect a mobile device with javascript? - Stack Overflow

Thanks Valdor, thats just what I needed :)

The second one looks the most comprehensive and the php code is huge! Trouble is it's so involved i cant find the url redirect line in there. I will have to keep searching.

Cheers,

Colin
