Are there any good swipe email to sell mobile websites to target different businesses?

I recently found a WSO by Zesh called Offline Client Raider, which say they are proven emails to get offline clients. There are a number of them that are for selling Mobile Websites.

I have not used them myself yet, so cannot tell you if they work, but there are a number of ideas for subject lines as well as content for the emails.

I am not affiliated or anything, just thought it might be what you are looking for.
