What do you mean by responsive websites? Would you like to create them or are you interested in buying some. I have seen responsive WordPress themes being sold at theme forest.

You might want to take a look at responsive themes for Twitter Bootstrap. It will only get better with upcoming 3.0 release. But whatever framework you use, be aware that good responsive deign is a lot of work. You're really designing for two very different purposes. I'm still not sold on it in most circumstances.

Hai,

AS said, if you want it readily available then choosing a wordpress theme from Themeforest is a very good option. Their themes are good and as you require it is responsive. Whether PDA, Phone, Tab or PC, the layout changes accordingly.

If you are really good at designing then you can even build one using conditional CSS. But trust me, it takes a lot of effort.

Thanks
