Mobile Emulators

Can someone recommend a good emulator for me one which would not only show smartphone screens but also tablets

If you're using a Mac, you can install the free Apple Developer tools which comes with the "iOS Simulator". It lets you view sites as if from an iPhone or iPad.

I'm not sure what tools are available on Windows/Linux.
