Just wondered if there is any app builder software out there than can be used to create an app, so customers can login and create their own apps?  |

I think no, because quite all the platform for building apps are on the Internet. You can use your phone to manage your app thanks to mobile versions of each website but as far as I know it do not exist. If it exists I will be glad to look on it.  |

If you want to create application from your website then lots of online tools available for it but for customized application you must develop yourself using eclipse

I think there is an application out there, but it's not quite what you think, I recall seeing a mobile app development language, I know xojo (formerly real studio) will be adding support soon for mobile.
