Rob, If you want to do it properly then this is the best solution I've seen over the years: Agentpoint The Wordpress Real Estate Web Developers » Mobile Phone Websites They can integrate it with almost any cms so the mobile site is hooked up to the desktop site and automatically updates itself so it is hands off. That's vital for a real estate site because listings are being added and removed every single day. A lot of the big real estate companies in Sydney use this platform. |

I happened upon a group of real estate agents (Coldwell Banker) and I think this might be a sweet situation to get into a big deal. And I don't want to look foolish and unprofessional if I can't give them what they want quickly. Not to mention,, I hope the price is cheap,, (you know us Warrior Forum blokes, deep pockets, short arms) Thanks, I'll check it out in the morning,, late here in SoCal. Plus Family Guy is on.... I'm sorry but all of the suggestions above just are not going to cut it for a proper mobile real estate website. If you are going to do it then you want to do it right. Real Estate websites are probably one of the most complex types of sites just because they have so much information and their listings are literally getting updated many times a day. For this reason you don't want to use a template or some other inferior solution. They are far too basic for this sort of thing. You need a proper system that integrates seamlessly with their current site, anything less is just going to annoy your client. The solution I listed above is without doubt one of the best I have seen. I think they set it up and integrate it with the current site for $695 or there abouts. But if you have a look at the site and how they all work, you could easily charge a decent real estate agent $4-5k for a mobile site like that. Especially considering real estate agencies would get the majority of their traffic on mobile devices nowadays. And best of all you are just the middle man. You get them to build it for you and you sell it to the client. |

Sounds good will. Shame they don't do a white label setup.
