Pop-Up to prompt mobile users to download an app on a WordPress site

Hello, I'm looking for a plugin that I can install on my WordPress website that will display a pop-up for mobile users only (specifically iOS users) prompting them to download an app instead of visiting the site.

I want to create something that basically gives them two options, download the app or visit the site instead.

I've looked through dozens of various WordPress pop-up plugins and I can't seem to find what I need.

I know this is possible since I've seen it done before on other sites.

Does anyone know of a plugin that can do this? I don't mind paying for it if necessary.

Jump mobi is a wordpress plugin and allows you to do this, it is awesome! We use it for high end sites.
