Share on:

What marketing channels are you using to acquire new Mobile Marketing clients including: SMS Marketing and Mobile Websites?

What is your marketing sales process & what is working the best for your business in terms of closing ratios?

B2B Sales Reps (door to door)? Telemarketing? Pay Per Click? Craigslist (email/text)? Voice Broadcasting? Email Marketing? Flyers? Door Hangers? Post Cards? Brochures? Bandit Signs? Phone Book?

Cold calling works far better than email marketing and we have a small department doing that, so we can split test and see the big difference that cold calling brings, BUT it does depend if you are confident on the telephone. If you are it is like shooting fish in a barrel, if not it can be a nightmare...

We offer mobile optimized websites at http://mobilewebsitecreationltd.co.uk/

For SMS Marketing what has worked best for me and for clients under me is actually walking into the local business and showing them a quick 5 minute demo of how the system works.

Then, we even usually offer them a 30-day trial to help them start building their SMS database. So far every single business, but 1, has stayed with the service after the 30 day trial.

How many accounts have you signed up this way? Seems like a good idea.

I have a decent amount of SMS clients. But, it's really all about the man power. The more businesses you can visit a day, the more accounts you are going to close.
