Best Media Buy Site?

I am so confused about this. There are tons of sites with great features..

The only thing I need is somewhere to promote affiliate offers with DL and that has low cost (CPC).

I am regietred at MobPartner.

> BuzzCity is cheap but only has good Asian traffic as I read.
> AdMob is also good but I can't signup because of their new policy.
> AdFonic is also good as I read but is it cheap?

What should I go for? Please help!

I guess this is the best option but I don't have a big budget to spend on all of them..

My suggestion is to focus on one or two traffic sources. Buzzcity has some decent Asian traffic, so why don't you find some great Asian offers? The payout for Asian coutries is low, but you need to know sometimes less means more. Focus, act and get money.

I also suggest that you try out two of them and see what happens. Know your way on how you can get around their advantages and disadvantages. It's always about trial and error and as much as we don't want to, money is always involved and to make things happen, we have to invest.
