I purchased EzMobileSiteGenerator after learning that it was recently updated. Was that a mistake? I'm coming across mixed messages, some to the effect that the developer has passed away. It is all very mysterious. Who is presently giving support and updates to the product? Thanks. |

I hope all is indeed, well, with Irene. Their side certainly seems to have been less than forthcoming I'm going to give it EZMobileSiteGenerator a good spin over the week. Some of the harshest critics of EZMobileSiteGenerator say --it creates resource-heavy sites that aren't great for mobile --sites it creates are slow-loading --support is lacking What are your findings with it? For example, are the sites it generates nice and fast and really well-suited for mobile or are they too clunky and slow? Thanks. |

I submitted several support tickets and no one over 4 months got back to me, they left me with software that was not fit for purpose! The sites created with the software have very low W3 for mobile, my existing WP site was higher! So I purchased a warriors product Jump Mobi - glad I did it is AWESOME. Odd, that after nearly 5 months of silence we all receive an update for the software then within 2 days, we are blasted with WSO offers through Irene's link! Needless to say, I unsubscribed. Make your own mind up, but I could not run a business waiting for Irene or her support staff to respond. |

Yep, Irene has not passed away, as is evident from a few recent e-mails she's sent out promoting a few WSO's. To answer the initial question as to whether buying EZMSG was a mistake, and for anyone else out there considering it, here's my take. The product is great. But in Irene's absence support has been non-existent. She's back now it seems, but first order of business in coming back was to promote a few WSO's as opposed to letting her clients know the reason the support has lagged and committing to resolving support issues. Had she done the latter, the response would have been met with understanding and I know many of us that use EZMSG would keep on heavily promoting it to others to use as well. However, since the only support that exists is a private FB group I set up where users all help each others, I personally can not in good conscience recommend EZMSG. I still use it (though not exclusively) because I have come to be familiar with and fond of it, but I can't really recommend a product to others that has this kind of support issues. Irene, if you see this please take notice and send a blast email out to your list explaining the situation, apologizing for any inconvenience, and renewing commitment to help improve support going forward (which in all likelihood means soliciting the help of others, which I stand ready to assist you with; PM me for details). I promise you this would go a LONG way and would make me, a once avid EZMSG fan, keep using as my primary tool of choice and recommending it heartily to others. Love you and your product and feel heart-felt sympathy for the health issues you've had. Just want the best for you, and am kindly letting you know here that unless what I've stated here is done fairly soon, you will be losing many current and future customers to other products. |

Yes, I personally felt, that she had taken the money and was not providing support, no matter if she was ill, surely her support staff could have responded!
