What to do with this

Hey guys,
I m a Belgian Dutch male that speaks 4 languages (Dutch-English-French-German) and i need some assistance and or taughts how to moneytize some skills.
i've met some guys from czech republic who are developpers and can make apps for IOS and Android systems.
I know their hourly rate and i have compared this with the hourly rate a Belgian & Dutch & Irish guy would ask. Conclusion they are much cheaper...
But How am i going to find people that needs apps?
I was thinking about setting up a site in English-French and German language,
and then next fase was to pay google to make sure people find the site..

Am thinking smart of stupid?

Regards Tom

This is what Google Keyword Planner says about IOS apps monthly searches.

Search terms: ios apps
Avg. monthly searches :8,100
Competition: Low

I think its enough demand and there is not much competition in Adwords advertising.

Tom first you should define exactly what product/app or service you want to sell. Seems like you are jumping the gun. Take some time to properly plan your sales and marketing before agreeing to any type of partnerships with any developers.

Tom have you thought of using your 4 languages to make money online? I am a freelance translator and I would kill to have the four languages that you have :-)

I know you asked about Apps business setup but I'm thinking why not start with a service that you can provide yourself, then branch out to anything you want to do like the apps business. Just my 2 cents :-)
