sms management contracts

Hi guys. just wondering if anyone has legal contracts they can share? or guidance on how to write a legal contract so i can use when setting up a contract with a client?

A few different contracts that you can find on the web which you can use as a template:

1) Proposal
2) Terms of Use
3) Privacy Policy

All major providers should have something like the above, google and you should find plenty of mobile sms providers and their legal agreements.
