Hi guys, just wondering if anyone has solid sms marketing statistics that I can use when selling sms management services. I have seen articles like this one SMS Marketing Statistics 2013 | Oxygen8 Blog but the statistic that I am interested in is 3 years out of date (98% of text messages are read, compared to 22% of emails, 29% of tweets and 12% of Facebook posts. (Frost & Sullivan 2010, Slick Text)) A LOT has changed in 3 years with regards to social media.
